Our shipping charges are based on standard USPS including package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you’re done, click on “shopping cart.” Then enter your zip code at the bottom of the page. This will display all available shipping costs. Schwieterts.com offers Parcel Post and Priority rates to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped in the domestic United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & PO/APO/FPO BOX SHIPPING:
Schwieterts.com does not currently ship outside the US.
DELIVERY TIME AND RUSH ORDERS:
- Priority Shipping is 2 to 3 days from ship date
- Parcel Post is 2 to 7 days from ship date
Most orders are processed and shipped within 12-24 hours within placing an order.
Since USPS does not conduct standard business on either Saturdays or Sundays the actual delivery date may differ from the Estimated Scheduled Delivery Date as found on the Tracking confirmation email.
HOT WEATHER SHIPPING (SHIPPING TO WARM LOCATIONS):
Schwieterts.com reserves the right to hold all shipments from being processed from our warehouse on Fridays to ensure packages do not sit in a non-temperature controlled shipping warehouse. If your package is held for this reason, we will have it shipped from the warehouse on the following business day.
REFUSED DELIVERY PACKAGE:
Any packages refused by the customer are deemed to be ABANDONED. All refused packages will be returned to sender at the shipper’s expense or destroyed. No refunds will be issued for any packages which were refused and returned.
We strongly suggest that you check both your billing address and shipping address to ensure accuracy. From time to time, customers may incorrectly fill these fields and submit orders. Schwieterts.com will only ship the products to the address that is supplied.
If an order is unable to be delivered by USPS due to an incorrect address as provided by the purchaser, and the package is returned to schwieterts.com, there are two options available to the customer:
1) THE CUSTOMER STILL WANTS THE ORDER SHIPPED: The customer is responsible to pay a new reshipping fee.
2) THE CUSTOMER WISHES TO CANCEL THE ORDER: In this scenario, the amount refunded will be for the total purchase price less initial shipping & processing costs, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Apply only to non-damaged unopened shipments; Damaged by any source all refund options are VOID and purchased items will be destroyed, as we do not sell suspect products.
